Exchange and return

Available only in Ukraine.

Returns are made via the Nova Poshta delivery service within 14 days of purchase.

After receiving the product, our managers inspect it for wear or other damage and transfer the refund to the card.

The product must be in a saleable condition, as clean as possible, and must not show signs of wear or other damage. All tags must also be present.
